A Kegal workout is basically strengthening you Puboccygeous muscles or more commonly known as your PC muscles. This muscle runs from the pubic bone to the tailbone and supports the pelvic floor. Woman who regularly work out the PC muscles can have stronger more intense orgasms and can improves some forms of urinary incontinence. Men can also benefit from a kegal work out helping maintain a stronger, long lasting erection. But for this particular article we will be just talking about the female kegals.
Finding your PC muscles: Pretend to hold your urine (please don't actually stop your urine to find your PC muscles this actually weakens your muscles and can cause issues with not fully emptying your bladder.) You could also stick a finger into your vagina and squeeze.
Alright so we found the muscles.
Let's excercises!
Squeeze your PC muscles for 3-5 seconds as hard as you can. Relax for 5 seconds. Start off with 5 repetitions but please always be conscious of your body. Don't push yourself too hard.
A great work out buddy are Ben Wa Balls creating resistance and awareness. Some Ben Wa Balls vibrate for a more stimulating sexual experience, some have a silicone string making it easier to remove and you can also play a game of tug-o-war with your PC muscles for an added work out. Come check out the large selection kegal balls at The Boutique we can help you find the right set for you.

Dropping some wisdom about lubricants.
The age old question.... Can you use silicone lube with your silicone toys? Well liquid silicone and a solid silicon can bond together causing peeling filmy build up. We recommend doing a spot test on your toy. As confusing as it sounds some silicone toys and some silicone lubes can be used together without bonding. Most hybrid lubes (part silicon part water based) do not contain enough silicone to cause this problem. The molecules in silicone lubes are too big for your body to absorb which keeps this lube super slick and never tacky (sexy science tip). Silicone lube never dries out, has no taste and is completely waterproof but it can be more difficult to clean up.
Water based lubricants are the more popular choice, they are a lot cheaper compared to silicone and is safe to use on all toy materials. It's easy for clean up. If your lube has dried up and becomes tacky a good trick of the trade is to add a few drops of water, it will reactivate those ingredients. Do not add more lube it will create more tackiness. The one offender in lubricant is the ingredient glycerin. Glycerin is basically a sugar or sugar alcohol that can upset the pH balance of the vagina leading to yeast infections or irritation. If you are prone to yeast infections it is recommended choosing a glycerin free lube such as Sliquid, Hathor, or Intimate Organics all available at The Boutique.
Both silicon and water based lubricants are condom compatible (polyurethane or latex)
Oil based lubes are not recommended for internal use but are great for hand jobs. They are not compatible with any form of latex birth control: condoms, diaphragms of cervical caps.
Buying lube is kind of like buying shampoo it's going to react to everyone's body differently you may have to try a few different kinds before you find the right one that works for you.

ElectroErotic NeonWand by Kinklab
Electric ray wands were invented in the early 20th century as a quack "medical" device claiming to cure everything from baldness to arthritis. But even in the early days the manuals did imply that electric wands could be used for erotic purposes.
The visually stunning wand creates an electric discharge across the surface of the skin. Which can range from a pleasurable warm tingle to a more intense focused sensation. The level of sensation created by the wand can be controlled by the level intensity dial on the wand itself and which electrode you choose. The wand is safe for even your most sensitive body parts!
Kinklab has over 20 years of experience working with electric ray wands and fetish products to put into developing there own wand. We at The Boutique are very excited to be carrying this high quality e-stimulation toy.
Electrify your love life.
